Ordinarily I would agree with you about the jack3d and upping intensity, however I have been trying this and its just not working this time. I get an initial push from it but its very very short lived and there is virtually no sustanability in it. Instead of hitting a 5k run in 25m- Its taking 40 and I'm just about able to jog along without any real intensity. Upper body strenght in the arms and chest needs working on now but the energy/recovery isn't there so reps are minimal and i can't work myself hard enough to get real gains. I was looking for a prohormone to work along with the stims to help things along.
